Let’s face it... getting feedback after an open house can be a challenge. And even when you do get it, it’s often vague, generic, or just not that helpful. (“They liked it but didn’t love it.” Thanks, Susan.)
This week, I’m sharing a creative solution I came up with: Open House Bingo—a fun, low-pressure way to collect specific, useful feedback from everyone who walks through the door.
After reading yet another post about agents not giving feedback, I started thinking... What if we made it more engaging? What if we incentivized people to give honest, room-by-room feedback?
That’s how Open House Bingo was born.
Each attendee—buyer, agent, or even kid—gets a Bingo card.
Each square is labeled with a room in the home (e.g., kitchen, living room, primary bath).
The guest writes one piece of feedback per room.
Once all squares are filled, they can trade in their card for a prize (or enter to win a bigger one).
It turns an awkward task into a fun activity—and you walk away with actual insights to help your seller.
This isn’t your average open house. You're not just offering cookies—you’re giving attendees a memorable experience. The bonus? You’ll gather detailed, specific feedback that can be passed on to your seller or even used in a future marketing post. Imagine: “We took your suggestions and updated the kitchen lighting—come see the glow-up this Saturday!”
